This big space is often mistaken to be the property of the mall nearby- and many people ignore that this is a public space belonging to the Ghobayreh municipality. The Municipality is planning working on it in the beginning of the new year (2014).The lead engineer responsible for the project explained that their main challenge is to create areas with shade- as the space is now devoid of trees.
